What is a RFQ? (RFI and RFP)

RFQ is an acronym for 'Request for Quotation'. An RFQ is a document that specifies the information required by contractors in order to create and submit price quotations for their provision of the RFQ's specified materials and workmanship. (RFI = Request For Information, RFP = Request For Proposal)

How can I be certain contractors will deliver the expected results?

We'll be assisting you with the creation of RFQs (Request For Quotations) from which the prospective contractors will submit comparable competitive bids. Within the RFQ will be precise specifications of the work to be performed and the quality in which it is to be accomplished. We ensure all results conform to these specifications.

How much should it cost me to accomplish what I want?

All work is contracted for in advance, with all cost arrangements clearly stated and signed off by you and the respective contractors.

How long should it take to finish?

Prior to the commencement of any work we provide you a detailed project plan depicting the manner in which all efforts will be scheduled - including the contingencies that define which efforts will be impacted as a result of any delays.

In what order should things be done?

The project plan, prepared in advance, contains the recommended order and schedule of all activities. This plan is not placed into effect until such time it meets your approval.

Will I be paying a premium for the contractors hired?
