re-Marsite a 16' x 32' pool & tile its step edges

Dear Contractor,

This project entails the re-Marsite-ing and edge tiling of  a backyard swimming pool's four steps (steps are approximately 6' wide). This  pool is a kidney shaped 16' x 32' with an 8' deep end and a 4' deep shallow end. 

With the exception of the pool's existing discolored and flaking Marsite, this eleven year old pool is in excellent condition. 

The pool's existing steps do not contain any edge tiles. The home owner is desirous of tiling the edges of the steps for safety reasons - visual delineation of each steps edge.
